Heavy duty Insulated roller shutter designed which has a thermal value of 0.69w/ M2 along with an acoustic value of 18DBA to meet the increasing demands for insulation within buildings.
Barrel:
Constructed from steel tube of ample strength and suitable sizes to suit all revelent standards complete with motor drive disc and safety brake bearing mild steel shaft on the non motor end.
Curtain:
Constructed from galvanised steel laths in a range from 100mm (22gauge) twin skinned interlocking lath sections and infilled with CFC free insulation all interlocking along there lengths to form a continuous curtain complete with EPDM rubber extrusion yellow colour bottom weather seal as standard .

Side Guides:
Constructed from 2mm x 100mm per gal cold rolled steel channel welded to pre galvanised 70mm x70mmx 3mm angle as standard.
Fitted with twin co-extruded brush seals as standard.
Operation:
Electrically operated by controlled decent motor complete with failsafe safety bearing brake mechanism complete with pre wire low voltage open / close / Stop button starter as standard .IP54 rated, integral travel limits switches and haul chain and pull cord for manual override for use in the event of power failure
