Steel Hinged Door Sets:
Custom made to suit existing structural openings for the use as Security, Fire, Personnel ect.

Door Leaves:
Manufactured from 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2mm Zintec steel, double skinned with interlocking channels and horizontally with built in strengtheners to prevent twisting. Internal space with-in the door skin cavity are filled with dense Rockwool. Standard thickness is 45mm.

Door Frame:
Manufactured from 1.6mm or 2mm Zintec steel, formed and welded into a single or double rebated frame profile, reinforced and fitted with profile plates. Dept of frame can vary to suit brick / steel work openings.

Hinging:
Depending on the size and weight of the doors can be supplied with 3, 4, 5 stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges.

Double Doors:
Fitted with top and bottom bolts in the secondary leaf.

Locking:
Standard mortise locks and lever handles.

Finishes
Primer painted as standard
Powder painted to any Standard Ral colour.
